Crown Green Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and the rights NZ players hold over their personal information.

This privacy policy explains how Crown Green collects, uses, stores and shares personal information about visitors to crown-green.vip and players who interact with the wider Crown Green service. It applies to all visitors based in New Zealand and aligns with the Privacy Act 2020 alongside the operator's home licensing requirements.

What we collect

We collect three categories of information. First, identity information such as your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number, gathered when you create an account or contact support. Second, financial information including the payment methods you use to deposit and withdraw, transaction amounts and timestamps. Third, usage information including pages viewed, games played, device type, IP address and browser fingerprint, captured automatically through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

Personal information is used to operate the service, verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud and money laundering, deliver responsible gambling features, respond to support requests, and improve the site. Sharing and processors

KYC documents are deleted as soon as legally permitted after account closure.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, NZ residents have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about them, to ask us to correct inaccurate information, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. To exercise these rights, contact support and we will respond within 20 working days.

Security

We protect personal information using TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role based access controls and ongoing security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected NZ residents and the Privacy Commissioner without undue delay.

Children

The service is intended for adults aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children or anyone under New Zealand's legal gambling age. If you believe a minor has registered, contact support and the account will be closed and the data deleted promptly.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of last update is shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
